Skip Tracer

**Responsibilities**:
‌- Proficient in skip tracing, vicinity checks and enquiries.
- Conduct field investigations to locate and contact debtors
- Gather information on debtors' financial circumstances.
- Verify the legitimacy of outstanding debts.
- Negotiate repayment plans with debtors.
- Document findings and maintain records.
- Coordinate with legal team for escalation when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Experience in debt collection or financial investigations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer software and databases.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with skip tracing techniques.
- Knowledge of Laws and collection Compliances
- Good know how of City.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- debt collection: 3 years (preferred)
- Skip Tracing: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
