**Job description**:
We are looking for an Assessment Process Specialist from India for one of our India-based clients at Hyderabad.

**Test Creation Administrator II**:
The Test Creation Administrator II is an intermediate level support position in which the primary focus is on varied and sometimes complex administrative duties under direct supervision in support of test creation. This role assists in training other support staff. In addition, this position offers clerical support for the group and uses specialized software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use workflow management tools for test creation and scoring.
- Suggest process improvements to achieve shorter cycle time, reduced costs, greater customer satisfaction and quality maintenance.
- Perform general administrative functions as required in support of test creation.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Copy and distribute materials.
- Handle logistics for group, internal or team meetings under direction of supervisor.
- Enter data, update and maintain existing records, logs, files and forms.
- Organize and prepare mass mailings.
- Assist with activities related to program or departmental SharePoint sites.
- Assist with software support for the group.
- Demonstrate a high level of productivity and exhibits accountability for assigned work.
- Adheres to ethical standards and complies with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function.
- May assist with getting material to and from Outside Item Writers (OIWs) and reviewers. With direct supervision, may draft correspondence, follow-up, complete paperwork and payments, and manage OIW contracts.
- May assist with copyright permissions and scanning.
- May train Test Creation Administrators and other staff as necessary in the use of the item banking system

**Job Requirement**:

- Expertise in developing work plans and production schedules.
- Forecasting and planning for resource needs.
- Monitoring and reporting out on production/workflow process and challenges to on-time deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Assessment and Measurement, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is often preferred.
- Proven experience in assessment processes, project management, or quality assurance, preferably in an educational or testing environment.
- Knowledge of assessment principles, psychometrics, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with assessment management software and platforms.

- Stakeholders include TCAs, Assessment Specialists, Assessment Process Specialists, and other AD staff.

- **Test Development**: Has knowledge of the assessment development process. Understands the principles, conventions, terminology, and tools for stages within the test development process relevant to assigned work. - **Oral and Written Communications**:Has strong written and verbal communication skills; is able to convey important information in a clear and timely manner. [Functional and Technical Acumen]
- **Software Knowledge**: Can effectively work in test creation and scoring systems required for the job. Demonstrates mastery of IBIS workflow to author and revise items and perform associated test creation tasks. Can consistently and efficiently follow established AD and program-specific processes.
