Nursing Superintendent

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing).

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of clinical and supervisory experience in a healthcare facility.

Certifications: Additional certifications in hospital administration or specialized nursing fields (preferred).

**Skills and Competencies**:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and regulations.

Ability to handle emergencies and critical situations.

Proficiency in hospital management software and reporting tools.

**Work Environment**:
Work in hospital wards, ICUs, and administrative offices.
