**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Digital Marketing Teacher at Athworth Academy. The Digital Marketing Teacher will be responsible for teaching digital marketing concepts, delivering lectures, conducting workshops, and guiding students in their learning journey. The role involves developing and implementing course materials, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. The Digital Marketing Teacher will also collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and stay updated with industry trends.

**Qualifications**
- Design course materials like lectures, assignments, quizzes, and projects to facilitate student learning.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Utilize various teaching methods like lectures, case studies, discussions, simulations, and guest speakers to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Provide clear learning objectives and assess student progress through exams, presentations, or portfolios.

**Student Support and Guidance**:

- Offer guidance and mentorship to students as they navigate the complexities of digital marketing.
- Help students develop critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze digital marketing data to inform decision-making.
- Provide personalized feedback on assignments and projects to help students improve their skills.
- Be available for office hours or individual consultations to address student questions and concerns.

**Additional Skills and Qualities**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills to effectively engage students in the classroom.
- Passion for digital marketing and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and understandable terms.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage course schedules, materials, and student assessments.
- Ability to use a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹600.00 per hour

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 4 years (preferred)
