3.) Job Desription:
Get production programme from Production manager & post in WhatsApp group. Reach site 1 Hours before Shift Incharge.
Make arrangement for timely reporting of all mining staff at work place, operators and drivers start work in time.
Brief all staff to ensure safe mining. Motivate them to achieve target in every shift/day.
Keep in touch with HR team, ask for additional manpower as and when required and report all in-disciplinary activities of mining staff.
Liaise with mechanical team whenever there is shortage of equipment in mines.
Inform mechanical team as and when equipment breakdown.
Distribute machine and tipper bench wise as per requirement.
Ensure driver and operator available in idle tipper and equipment, in case of absence report to HR team.
Ensure full bucket OB lifting by each excavator and full load in tippers.
Maintain the haul road gradient and levelling.
Ensure all precautions before blasting.
Ensure adequate lighting arrangement in mines and haul road.
Liaise with road team and ensure sprinkling of water regularly.
Remove all barriers from productivity.
Periodical report with regards to production (hourly and shift report of machine, number of trip etc.)
Immediate action and report in case of any injury to employees in mines (report to HR/Production Manager/Site incharge)
Prepare trips report and submit same to MIS on close of shift hours.
Brief properly and handover mines to next on duty at the time of shift change.
Liaise with drill supervisor, discuss programme, ensure drilling as per schedule, report collected and shared with production manager.
Finalise blasting programme in consultation with Production Manager and drill supervisor and report on completion of blasting.
Maintain OT Records in register & Report to HR daily on completion of each shift.
**Salary**: ₹25,740.00 - ₹33,660.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jowai, Meghalaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
