**Job Description-**

1. Lead the agriculture team in terms of field work.

2. Responsible for agriculture and plantation projects like Marigold, celery etc.

3. Guide & assist the associated farmers during agricultural activities.

4. To lead and execute contracts with farmers.

5. Arrange meetings with farmers or visit their respective locations where land is suited.

6. To address the farmers issues with pre-plantation as well as post plantation including crop planning, integrated soil & water, nutrition management, pest management, residue and harvest management.

7. Maintain weekly records of visits and farmers recommendations.

8. Selection, planting and maintenance of plants, flowers on project site.

9. Preventive maintenance and disease detection.

10. Estimation & costing of gardening and irrigational cost.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
