Site Suprevisors

URGENTLY REQUIRES A SITE SUPREVISOR IN A FACADE SYSTEM AND SOLUTIONS COMPANY IN KAKKANAD, ERNAKULAM, KERALA.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

- To coordinate with pm, consultants, clients to ensure that the project is properly executed;
- Perform Site-walk-through to ensure contract performance, safety compliance and quality control with the intent of delivering projects.
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers effectively to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
- Identify construction/engineering constraints, prepare construction cost estimates, and hand-off project for construction
- In-charge of the testing and commissioning of the project.
- Attend (construction, quality, safety) meeting as stand-in Project manager while ensure the site schedule/progress is on track. Station at site when necessary.
- Assist in project tendering and operation
- Other administrative matters

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
