**Job Title**: Head of Department (HOD) - English

**Board**:ICSE

**Experience Required**:

- Over 3 years of experience as a Head of Department
- A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in teaching English
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of educators
- Experience in ICSE board paper checking

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the English department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation for English language and literature
- Mentor and support the professional development of English teachers
- Collaborate with school leadership to set department goals and standards
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve academic performance
- Ensure alignment with ICSE board guidelines and requirements
- Handle board paper checking and evaluation processes efficiently

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team of teachers and students

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
