Identify the technical gaps of our client, strategize their desired roadmap and build effective solutions and provide IT services like devOps, Blockchain, SRE, Analytics, QA Automation and Technical Recruitment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Leading all sourcing strategies, planning.
- Managing our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors.
- End-to-end recruitment cycle in IT technical stacks.
- Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs and requirement clarity.
- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.
- Build a strong team and guide them technically.
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
