**Key Roles and responsibilities - Vice Principal**
**1. Admissions and Enrollment**:
- Ensure the admission team respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective students and parents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as academic departments and administrative staff, to ensure a cohesive admissions process.
- Enquiry to Enrollment: Meet every parent enquiring and ensure closures.
**2. Leadership and Administration**:
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Principal to provide leadership in the development and implementation of educational policies and programs.
- Decision-Making: Assist the Principal in making important decisions related to curriculum, student discipline, staff assignments, and other administrative matters.
**3. Academic**:
- Curriculum Development: Participate in the design and evaluation of the school's curriculum to ensure it meets the educational standards and goals of the school management.
- Assessment: Take complete responsibility for the assessment and evaluation tracking, data management of student performance, and work with teachers to develop and implement effective evaluation methods under the guidance of the principal.
**4. Student Affairs**:
- Discipline: Handle disciplinary issues in collaboration with teachers, students, and parents, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in maintaining a positive school environment.
- Counseling: Provide guidance and counseling to students, addressing academic and behavioral concerns.
**5. Staff Supervision and Development**:
- Teacher Evaluation: Conduct teacher evaluations on a daily bases and provide feedback to the principal in a structured pattern to support professional development.
- Professional Development: Coordinate and facilitate training and professional development opportunities for teaching and non-teaching staff.
**6. Communication**:
- Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's academic progress and any relevant school issues.
- School App Update: Ensure all information related to ongoing activities in the school is uploaded on the school app.
- Community Outreach: Represent the school in the community and engage with external stakeholders (Pre-schools, Apartment complexes, Educational Exhibitions) to build positive relationships.
**7. Crisis Management**:
- Emergency Response: Play a key role in emergency response planning and coordinate actions during crises or emergencies.
**8. Educational Innovation**:
- Technology Integration: Promote the integration of technology in teaching and learning.
- Innovative Programs: Explore and implement innovative educational programs and initiatives.
- Plan and organize events, open houses, and orientation sessions.
- Value-added programs: Maintain meticulous reporting structures for all educational vendors for the benefit of the students
**9. Administrative Duties**:
- Human Resource: Maintain all paperwork related to joining, progress, promotion and leaving of all employees.
- Scheduling: Assist in the development of school schedules and timetables.
- Reporting: Structure and train all the teachers and staff members on daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Google Sheets: Maintain data as required by the management on drives and assist the principal in presenting school progress on weekly, and monthly intervals.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and efficient use of school facilities.
- Affiliation: Maintain all records as required by CBSE and represent the school as necessary.
**10. Compliance and Policy Implementation**:
- Policy Implementation: Ensure that school policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to education.
**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
