Dispatch Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Dispatch Coordination:Coordinate the dispatch of goods from the Ankleshwar depot to customers, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including tracking and updating delivery schedules.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between warehouse operations, transportation, and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability.
Address any issues or delays in dispatch promptly and implement corrective measures as needed.

Customer Service:Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues related to dispatch or delivery.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Marketing Support:Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
Conduct market research and gather data on customer preferences, needs, and trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team for new development.
Support marketing campaigns and events to generate leads.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including invoices, delivery notes, and transportation documents.
Prepare reports on dispatch operations, inventory levels, Marketing report, Revenue report and routine depot expense booking and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree Administration, Marketing, commercial or a related field.
- Proven experience in dispatch coordination, logistics management, or marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and dispatch processes, including inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends, if required.
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with local routes and regulations.
