**About this Role**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Proactively engage past referrals & passive talent to build pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Develop a pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs
- Partner effectively with recruiting and recruiting leadership to maintain consistent pulse on hiring needs & priority roles

**What you’ll need**:

- 1-2 years or administrative, recruiting, or project management work preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

**Who you are**:

- Ability to deliver strong results in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to flex priorities and adapt to change
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Works independently / self-starter
- Effective collaborator
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and deliver high quality work
- Ability to leverage Recruiter CRM & ATS effectively
- Open to receiving & actioning feedback
- Able to successfully manage, prioritize and complete projects against a timeline
