**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Receive information for issued P.O.

2. Track Shipment

3. Provide document to forwarder

4. Visit customs for material clearance

5. Pick material from vendors and fedex/DHL if required

6. Supplier Audit plan and Rating

7. Approve supplier list

8. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

9. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

10. Manage documentation for dispatch

11. Facilitate customer dispatch

12. Coordinate delivery truck and car

13. Ensure timely delivery at customer end

14. Coordinate with account for Invoice and eway Bill

Good Understanding of Import and local purchase

Microsoft excel skills.
