As a UI/UX Designer at BulkBuddy, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape how businesses interact with our platform, enhancing user experiences and driving the efficiency of B2B transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create user-centric designs by incorporating market analysis, user input, and usability insights.
- Partner with product managers and developers to comprehend project requirements and translate them into compelling and intuitive user interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to refine designs and enhance user experiences.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and libraries to ensure a consistent and coherent user experience across various platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design processes and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the development team, providing guidance throughout the implementation of designs to ensure fidelity to the intended user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience (X years) as a UI/UX Designer, showcasing a diverse portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Practical experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles and the ability to collaborate closely with developers.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Keen problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹10,607.90 - ₹45,520.97 per month
