You’ll be leading the Global Process Owner organization (GPO) for Order to Cash focused on the definition and operational effectiveness of the enterprise-wide global business process for the area. You will ensure that processes within Order to Cash scope are designed to optimize our accounts receivables processes, maintaining a healthy cash flow, reducing our global financial risk while building strong relationships with our customers and partners to ultimate drive business benefits that support our journey to World Class.

**The Haleon O2C GPO Principal**:
The GPO Principal will ensure the process vision is aligned with Haleon business and IT strategies. The role will be expected to work very closely with Global Heads of the

Operations and other GPOs across the business, to understand touch points and align on

The role will also act as owner, and Custodian of the Global ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) template, our global credit policy, and our tower roadmap to drive business benefit and continuous improvement to take us to the desired future state. In doing so, you and your GPO team are also responsible to define and refine the solutions (i.e., system, process & data), manage prioritization and support delivery, and grow organizational capability to optimize extraction of solution value.

You would also be required to benchmark (internally and externally) to incorporate best practice trends to support definition of both the short and long-term Haleon-wide objectives and IT strategies to achieve Haleon’s aspiration drive sustained growth. You will assess and evaluate the operating model required to effectively execute processes within the wider End to End Finance Operating Model (in partnership with stakeholder groups within and outside Global Finance Services).
