Job Description

The Event Executive ensures that private events such as wedding parties, birthdays and other events proceed smoothly by keeping close contact with clients so that their needs and expectations are always met. The Event Executive make sure that events within the hotel meet the hotel’s level of quality standards, is in charge of preparing quotes, making follow-up calls with prospective clients, holding meetings with clients who are interested in hosting an event and coordinate all private events.
- DUTIES_
- Conduct site inspection professionally to all guests following the brand standards.
- Achieve personal financial and non-financial performances.
- Maintain curiosity, bring creativity to ensure every event is unique.
- Liaise effectively with all operational colleagues, providing support and information to ensure accurate delivery of our promise.
- Drive opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Be the contact between the client and the hotel staff.
- To be part of special activities, such as guest cocktails, welcome dinner for groups, etc.
- Make sure that all the request should be answered in 24 hours
- Keep yourself informed about the clients and engage the relationship with them.
- To keep a nice work environment and good communication in the department and also with the other departments in the hotel to ensure compliance with Brand Standards and ensuring customer/guest satisfaction.
- Comply with the stipulated times and adapt to changes according to the hotel's operation’s needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Events or Tourism industry
- Previous experience of minimum 3 years within a luxury hotel environment
- Previous professional experience of event organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in an extremely fast-paced and demanding work environment
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
- Strong in driving results and good negotiation techniques
- Positive attitude, dynamic personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, creative mindset
