Mann is a 11 year old nonprofit that works with 18+ adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD). We train adults with IDD for meaningful work, partnering with businesses to help them secure jobs, become valued employees, and contribute to their families and society. We foster their physical and emotional well-being and provide opportunities to experience life as any young adult.

Mann's vision is a world where young adults with intellectual disabilities live a full life with independence and dignity.

Over the last 11 years, Mann has developed and honed a structured, proven curriculum design for its training and employment programs that we call
Livability and Workability training. The curriculum is individualized to each student’s need.

**Position : CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Plan and execute the financial strategy of the company.
Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.
Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.
Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.
Support the Fund-Raising Team with the preparation of monthly and annual utilisations and Budgets
Overall responsible for total management of Finance, Accounts, MIS, Taxation and any other compliances
Manage the company's relationships with investors and donors.

The company is looking for high caliber, professional CFO who shall impart direction and take responsibility to move the company to new heights
Well versed with Financial Planning and Strategy, Reporting and Managing
Profitability, Strategic Planning, implementing and promoting Process
Improvement, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Developing Budgets, Financial Skills.
Dealing with Complexity and Responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's financial goals, objectives, and budgets.

**Experience Requirement**:
Strong attention to detail and good follow up skills
7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

**Education Requirement**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred) or
Professional accounting designation CA, CPA or CFA
5+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
Exceptional communication skills
Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner

Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and management abilities.
Knowledge of financial and regulatory requirements.
