**What’s the role?**

As the CR Advisor Strategic Comms, you will oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of a wide range of Shell businesses and themes across various new digital channels.

**Further roles and responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain new digital channels, ensuring they represent a wide range of Shell businesses and themes
- Share best practices, latest trends, training, support, editorial direction, and ensure content creators adhere to them
- Develop and execute social media strategy to establish and maintain Shell's leadership positioning, both from brand as well as thought leadership side
- Work closely with CR team members to generate always-on content aligned to CR goals
- Ensure positive image building for Shell and manage issues - reporting, creating media holding statements
- Advocate brand standards and governance across the team and wider business, making sure all social media activity aligns with Shell Brand Guidelines and the Shell Communications Brand and Visual Policy
- Ensure integration into Shell global governance and processes

**What we need from you**
- Ability to travel frequently and work in Gurgaon
- Degree in Communications or related field highly desirable
- 5+ years of social media Channel Management/Audience Development and content creation across a variety of digital format channels
- Experience of working with and building partnerships with platforms and relationships with other channels/Media partners/influencers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an understanding of communicating across different cultures, languages, and time zones
