About Us:
4s Interiors is a leading furniture showroom in Odisha. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom In-Charge to join our team and ensure the smooth operations of our showroom.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily showroom operations and manage a team of sales and support staff.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor manpower to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
- Ensure that the showroom is always presentable, clean, and organized.
- Handle computer operations, including maintaining accurate inventory records, processing sales transactions, and generating sales reports.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive showroom performance.
- Plan daily tasks and activities, ensuring staff is adequately informed and prepared to meet customer needs.
- Maintain open lines of communication with staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.
- Continuously improve showroom processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize staff productivity.
- Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- High school graduate or higher.
- Age: 35-45 years.
- Prior experience in a retail or showroom environment preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
- Proficient in computer operations
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mentality.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driver's license and be willing to travel locally as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
