**Job Description: Warehouse Executive**
- Study the perpetual inventory calendar and plan for stock count on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Verify physical stock to ensure it matches with system data (opening + receipt - dispatch = system data) for all items on a weekly basis
- Check receipts and dispatch data and find out root cause in case of variation in physical Vs. system count.
- Develop a tentative transport plan on a weekly basis. Calculate total volume product category wise and arrive at total vehicles required
- Update and maintain stock count records on a daily basis for future references and audit purpose.
- Raise alarm at the time of increased inventory/stock after looking at the installed capacity and system stocks for proper arrangement of stock, get approvals for extra manpower in prescribed format, if required.
- Supervise work of operators and get data from them on a regular basis on stocks.
- Verify physical count done by operators for accuracy.
- Ensure smooth completion of audit by providing all documents in prescribed formats.
- Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system
- Dispense items and post amounts of items to inventory control cards or automated systems.
- Participate in physical inventories by counting stock on a weekly/monthly basis
- Operate hand equipment such as hand trucks and dollies to transport stock on an as-needed bases
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of warehouse
- This includes appropriate tagging of materials
- Assist in training lower-level workers for these activities
- Perform related work appropriate to the classification as assigned
- Ensure dispatches are completed and double verified in the time frame required
- This includes ensuring the correct product, in the correct quantity is loaded in the transport vehicle
- This also includes ensuring that the vehicle departs the factory on time
- Assisting the logistics manager in arrangement of vehicles/vessels, documentation post-dispatch, and maintenance of accurate records of dispatch.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
