**Job Title: Farm Operations Supervisor**
**Job Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Daily Operations Oversight**:
- Execute and supervise daily farm activities, ensuring adherence to established protocols and schedules.
- Work closely with the Farm Manager to implement operational plans.
**2. **Team Supervision**:
- Directly supervise farm laborers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Foster a positive and efficient working environment within the team.
**3. **Task Assignment**:
- Allocate tasks to farm laborers based on priorities, skills, and workload.
- Ensure efficient utilization of labor resources for various farm activities.
**4. **Quality Control**:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards in crop production.
- Monitor and address issues related to crop health and overall farm appearance.
**5. **Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure that all farm operations adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and address any safety concerns promptly.
**6. **Equipment and Resource Management**:
- Supervise the use of farm equipment and resources.
- Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
**7. **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of daily farm activities.
- Provide regular reports to the Farm Manager on operational progress and challenges.
**8. **Communication**:
- Facilitate clear communication between the farm management team and laborers.
- Address any concerns or conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner.
**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in agriculture is a plus.
2. Proven experience in farm operations and supervision.
3. Knowledge of agricultural practices and crop management.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
6. Familiarity with farm equipment and machinery.
7. Basic understanding of safety regulations in agricultural settings.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
