Job Title: Telecaller Qualification: 12th Pass (Freshers) Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers/promote products/services - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues - Achieve daily/weekly sales targets - Update customer database and records - Work in a team environment Requirements: - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Fluency in English/Hindi (local language) - Basic computer knowledge - Ability to work in shifts (morning/evening) - Positive attitude and result-oriented Salary Range: - ₹12,000 - ₹28,000 per month (depending on experience) Career Growth: - Customer Service Manager - Business Development Manager
