**Responsibilities**:
- Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Sourcing, Pricing, Engineering, Product and Digital Marketing
- Meeting offline sales targets (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually)
- Managing growth & expansion
- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, on boarding, activation, and expansion.
- Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create brand recall and awareness.
- Developing marketing calendar for special projects; maintaining the budgets & costs of the project.
- Identify and develop new markets and plan events and activations for expanding the reach of the organization.
**IDEAL PERSONA**:
- Experience with a strong competence in Offline BTL sales (specially from Ecommerce Industry).
- Understanding of digital marketing (Acquisition & Retention)
- Proficiency in MS-Office especially in MS Excel, strong in MIS/ Data
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Can manage large teams
- Strong capabilities in coordinating the marketing chain
