Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and solve the query.

Entry of data from Test requisition forms to laboratory software.

Sending reports to clients via mail, whatsapp, hardcopy.

Communicating to clients various information originating from lab.

Receive payments, record receipts for services and handle and reconcile all petty cash daily.

Take and resolve complaints from customers and the public being positive to negative criticism.

Support the Mission, Vision, and core values of the company.

Assist with Admin and HR tasks as needed.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
