Marquery Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strategic partnerships with B2B clients, generate leads, and convert them into customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential B2B clients to expand our customer base. Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Understand their business needs and pain points to position our products and services effectively.

Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to address clients' specific requirements. Showcase the value proposition of Marquery Technologies Private Limited and demonstrate how our offerings can benefit their business.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing, terms, and contract agreements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal and finance teams, to ensure smooth deal closure.

Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the main point of contact for clients, address their inquiries, and provide ongoing support.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Gather market intelligence and provide insights to the management team to enhance our business strategies.

Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal pipelines. Provide regular reports and analysis to track progress, identify areas of improvement, and drive informed decision-making.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align business strategies, refine value propositions, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in B2B business development or sales roles, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
