**Job description**:

- Responsible for accurately writing/typing medical records and reports of various patients.
- Responsible for dispatching the transcribed report after getting physician’s signature to the reception for delivering to patients.
- To contact the concerned doctor whenever in doubt of the correctness of the report.
- To ensure correctness of the transcribed document before taking out final print.
- To ensure confidentiality of records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Thane - 400607, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
