Front office to attend customer call, co-ordinate between customer, production Department and management. Responsible for customer complaints. Fluency in English,.

Serves Customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Coordinate with Multiple departments to gather information & address the complaints
- Informs Customers by answering or referring inquiries.
- Assist Director on the specific requirements.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports on HR Recruitment activities.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
