**Role Summary**:
The Relationship Officer is responsible for driving sales and achieving targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and channel partners. This role requires a customer-centric approach to provide clients with tailored insurance solutions and financial advice, promoting the products and services offered by Canara HSBC Life Insurance through effective communication and relationship management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Drive sales to meet targets set for life insurance products.
- Conduct need-based selling to ensure product relevance and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and cross-sell a range of Canara HSBC insurance products based on customer profiles.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with branch banking teams to generate leads and ensure seamless customer service.
- Regularly meet with clients to review their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned territories or branches.
- Generate leads through cold-calling, client referrals, branch banking, and other channels.
- Follow up on leads to schedule client meetings and presentations.
- **Client Servicing**:
- Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide clients with guidance on claims processes and other service-related queries.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients for policy renewals and premium payments.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Canara HSBC Life Insurance products and services.
- Stay updated on changes in product features, policies, and compliance regulations.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- **Reporting and Compliance**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports as required by management.
**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in understanding financial and insurance products.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
