**Responsibilities:

**Greeting and Welcoming Clients**: Warmly greet clients as they enter the salon, make them feel comfortable, and inquire about their appointment needs.

**Scheduling Appointments**: Use salon software or booking systems to schedule and confirm client appointments for various services, including haircuts, manicures, pedicures, facials, and massages.

**Answering Phone Calls**: Handle incoming phone calls, provide information about salon services, pricing, and availability, and assist clients in booking appointments.

**Managing Walk-Ins**: Accommodate walk-in clients and guide them to available stylists or technicians.

**Client Registration**: Register new clients, update existing client profiles, and maintain accurate client records in the salon's database.

**Handling Payments**: Process client payments, issue receipts, and ensure cash registers or point-of-sale systems are balanced at the end of the day.

**Providing Information**: Respond to client inquiries regarding salon services, products, and pricing. Promote salon products and special offers.

**Maintaining a Clean Reception Area**: Ensure the reception area is neat and clean, and that reading materials, refreshments, and other amenities are available to clients.

**Coordinating with Salon Staff**: Communicate client preferences and appointment details to salon staff, including stylists, estheticians, and technicians.

**Managing Salon Supplies**: Keep track of inventory for salon products and order supplies when necessary.

**Handling Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining appointment schedules.

**Resolving Client Issues**: Address and resolve client complaints or concerns, and escalate issues to management if necessary.

**Language:

- **English, Hindi and Marathi
