Cctv Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Surveillance**: Monitor live and recorded video feeds to detect suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches.
- **Communication**: Utilize two-way communication systems to interact with on-site personnel, providing clear and concise instructions in English.
- **Alarm Verification**: Promptly respond to and verify video alarms, ensuring accurate assessment of the situation before taking further action.
- **Emergency Response**: Contact emergency services (police, fire department, medical) when necessary, providing them with critical information in English to facilitate a timely and effective response.
- **Incident Reporting**: Document and report all incidents, security breaches, and suspicious activities accurately and promptly.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly; report any malfunctions or issues to the technical team.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies, legal regulations, and standard operating procedures related to security and surveillance.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a coordinated approach to security and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or surveillance training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a security role, particularly in video monitoring or CCTV operation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to remain focused and attentive for extended periods.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Familiarity with video monitoring software and equipment.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in security or surveillance operations.
- Experience with emergency response protocols and procedures.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage but not required.

**Work Environment**:

- The role primarily operates in a monitoring centre environment.
- Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
- Capability to operate surveillance equipment and computer systems efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
