**Job Summary**:
The Legal Advisor will be responsible for offering strategic legal advice and ensuring the organization operates within the law. This includes providing expert counsel on regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and risk management. The role requires a solid understanding of various legal fields, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Legal Counsel**:
1. Provide accurate and timely legal advice to the management team on a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, etc.).
2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts, including service agreements, employment contracts, and partnership agreements.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:
1. Ensure that the company is in compliance with legal regulations (e.g., corporate, labor, tax, and other sector-specific laws).
2. Develop and implement compliance programs to minimize legal risks.
3. Proactively identify and evaluate risks, and provide mitigation strategies.

**Dispute Resolution**:
1. Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation, including liaising with external counsel when necessary.
2. Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, or court proceedings as required.

**Regulatory Updates**:
1. Stay up-to-date with changes in the law that may affect the company’s operations.
2. Provide training and updates to internal teams on relevant legal and regulatory matters.

**Policy Development**:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies, preparation of legal documents such as agreements and contracts, and procedures to ensure consistent legal and regulatory compliance.
2. Advise on corporate governance matters.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
1. Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or equivalent.
2. Master’s degree in law (LLM) or specialized legal qualifications is a plus.
3. Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

**Experience**:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a legal advisor, in-house counsel, or similar role.
2. Experience in [specific industry] is preferred (if applicable).

**Skills**:
1. Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and commercial law.
2. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and make sound legal decisions.
4. Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
