**Job Title**: Full Stack Faculty (React & Node.js)

**Location**: Navrangpura

**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Experience**: Minimum 3 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design, develop, and update course materials for full stack development, including syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and exams, with a focus on React and Node.js.
- **Instruction**: Provide engaging and effective classroom and online instruction in full stack development, ensuring students understand both front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js) technologies.
- **Student Assessment**: Assess student performance through projects, assignments, and exams, and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- **Mentorship**: Offer guidance and support to students, helping them navigate through technical challenges and achieve their academic and career objectives.
- **Technology Integration**: Utilize the latest development tools, frameworks, and best practices in full stack development to enhance the learning experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the curriculum and teaching methods, and participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
- **Research & Development**: Stay current with industry trends, advancements in React and Node.js, and incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other necessary documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on React and Node.js, and experience in teaching or training.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, databases like MongoDB or SQL).
- **Teaching Skills**: Proven ability to teach complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to students with diverse backgrounds.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in full stack development, React, Node.js, or teaching are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience in developing and delivering intensive bootcamps or training programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,997.42 - ₹25,000.00 per month
