**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
- Manage the front desk and ensure a clean and organized reception area.
- Maintain and organize client records and appointment schedules.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document filing.
**Telecalling Duties**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote study visa services.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about study visa processes, requirements, and programs.
- Schedule appointments for consultations and follow-ups.
- Maintain a database of leads and update it regularly with call notes and outcomes.
- Address client queries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service.
- Collect and process client feedback to improve services.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role (receptionist, telecaller, or customer service).
- Experience in the study visa industry is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
