**Job Description: Sales Associate at Pearl Organisation**

**Position Overview**:As a Sales Associate at Pearl Organisation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by engaging with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in various aspects of the sales process. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating positive client experiences and driving the company's sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction**:Greet and engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, either in person, over the phone, or through digital channels.
Understand client needs and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services.
Assist clients in exploring options, answering inquiries, and providing information on pricing, availability, and specifications.

**Sales Support**:Collaborate with the sales team to assist in lead generation and prospecting activities.
Prepare and send product/service information to clients, including brochures, presentations, and other relevant materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and requests using CRM software.

**Administrative Tasks**:Assist in creating and managing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
Help in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities.

**Client Relationship Management**:Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members.

**Product Knowledge**:Acquire a solid understanding of Pearl Organisation's products/services and their key features.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively address client queries.

**Sales Reporting**:Prepare regular sales activity reports and updates for the sales manager.
Collaborate with the sales team to analyze data and identify potential areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Salary**: ₹13,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
