Noida, India Glentech Industries Pvt Ltd Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic In-House Legal Counsel to join our team at GLENTECH Industries. GLENTECH is a multinational business group with a network of offices and sister concerns in India, Singapore, Indonesia, and UAE. GLENTECH primarily deals in import of palm Oil from Indonesia to India.

**Responsibilities**

Review, draft, and negotiate international contracts and vendor agreements.

Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate law matters, including HR employment contracts.

Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for both for-profit and nonprofit entities.
Provide guidance on legal and regulatory issues related to the entities' operations in India and abroad.
Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments that may affect the company.
Beyond law-related responsibilities, the legal counsel will get the opportunity to participate in company strategy and growth initiatives with the leadership and become one of the key administration officers in the company.

**Qualifications**

LL. B or LL.M degree from a recognized university - Membership of the Bar will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indian corporate law and international contract law.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
