Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct product training sessions:
Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to distributors on our range of lady products, focusing on their features, benefits, and usage.

Develop training materials:
Create training materials, including presentations, training manuals, and product guides, to support the training sessions.

Ensure that the materials are clear, concise, and visually appealing to enhance learning and understanding.

Product knowledge expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of our lady products, including their ingredients, benefits, usage instructions, and unique selling points.

Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and emerging customer needs related to lady products.

Field support and coaching:
Provide on-site support to distributors during product launches, events, and promotional activities.

Offer coaching and guidance to distributors on product positioning, effective selling techniques, and addressing customer queries.

Training evaluation and feedback:
Assess the effectiveness of training sessions by gathering feedback from distributors and evaluating their product knowledge and selling skills.

Continuously improve training materials and methods based on feedback and evolving market requirements.

Collaboration and coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align training initiatives with product strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales targets.

Coordinate with regional managers and distributors to schedule training sessions and ensure their participation.

Stay updated with industry trends:
Keep abreast of the latest developments in the wellness, beauty, and lady product industry.

Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and seminars to enhance knowledge and stay updated on product advancements.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a product trainer or a similar role, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or personal care industry.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

In-depth knowledge of lady products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.

Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to support distributors' professional growth and development.

Flexibility to travel and conduct training sessions in various locations.

Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and audience needs.

Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver effective training sessions.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
