Job Roles:

- Assisting the Manager, In-house and External coordination, Travel and Accommodation arrangements, Cost Management, Support during events, Administrative assistance to the Manager.
Manage schedule for executive managers.
Prepare financial statements, database, spreadsheets, and memos.
Make invoice reports, letters, and presentation of software.
Analyze the memos, letter, and data before submission and then distribute them accordingly.
Receive visitors who have an appointment with managers.
Retrieve documents, corporate records, and information and prepare responses of routine inquiries.
Schedule travel plans of senior level officers.
Answer and manage incoming calls
Conduct research, analyses and collect data to prepare reports.
Design and maintain databases.
Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
Acting as representatives in meetings, conferences, and seminars.
Arrange seminars, conferences, and client meetings.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
