We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our marketing team, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing marketing metrics.

**Responsibilities**:
Create and schedule social media content using Hootsuite or similar tools

Analyze marketing metrics (e.g., engagement rates, website traffic) and provide insights

Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers)

Assist in managing and maintaining our website and blog

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

0-2 years of marketing experience (internships included)

Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with mínimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
