**Job Overview**:
As a student counselor at Fluent Fast Academy, you will be responsible for managing inquiries from prospective students interested in our foreign language courses, both online and offline. Your primary goal will be to guide these potential students through the enrollment process, closing deals, and ensuring their smooth transition into our programs. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively follow up with leads to drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inquiry Handling**: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students regarding our foreign language courses, providing accurate information about course offerings, schedules, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- **Process Management**:Guide prospective students through the process, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and persuasively communicating the value of our courses to encourage enrollment.
- **Deal Closure**:Close deal by effectively overcoming objections, negotiating terms when necessary, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience for students.
- **Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of admission activities, including lead interactions, follow-up efforts, and enrollment outcomes, using our CRM system or other sales tracking tools.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled students to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention, as well as potential referrals.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands related to foreign language education to effectively position our courses and identify opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience preferably in the education or language learning sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
