Tele Marketing Executive

Position Overview: The Tele Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in promoting Zoho Books Implementation / Support and Training services offered by the company through various leads generated via Facebook, Instagram, Advertisements and Paper Advertisements. This position involves engaging potential customers, conveying the value proposition of the offerings, and generating leads. The Tele Marketing Executive contributes to expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and fostering positive customer relationships

1. Outbound Calling : Initiate Outbound Calls to a provided list of customers / students and explain about Zoho Books Implementation / Support and Training

2. Follow-up and Relation Building: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

3. Organizing Seminars / Training : Should be able to facilitate in conducting Seminars / Introductory Classes and Training Sessions as per the schedules

4. Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed established targets for call volume, lead generations, sales conversion.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, marketing, communication or related fields preferred

2. Experience in Telephonic Sales, telemarketing or customer service

3. Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive phone demeanour

4. Active listening skills and ability to empathize with customer needs

5. Result oriented mindset, self-motivated, and target driven

6. Adaptability to different customer profiles and industries

7. Positive approach, attitude, resilience and a customer centric approach

This is a full-time position. Compensation will include a competitive salary, performance bonus or incentives and opportunities for skill development and growth within the organization
