**Job description**:
- Conducting user research to understand client needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Analyzing client feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Creating wireframes to outline the basic structure and layout of digital products.
- Developing interactive prototypes to test design concepts and functionality.
- Designing the visual elements of digital products, including color schemes, typography, and imagery.
- Ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment across all interfaces.
- Iterating on designs based on user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
- Communicating design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Documenting design decisions, guidelines, and specifications to ensure consistency and facilitate communication with development teams.
- Creating style guides and design systems to maintain consistency across products and platforms.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Continuously improving skills and exploring new tools and techniques to enhance design capabilities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or reseacher similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of usability principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
