- **Key Responsibilities**:_

Conduct accessibility assessments and audits of our digital properties.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve and maintain WCAG compliance.

Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to integrate accessibility into projects from conception to execution.

Provide guidance and training to team members on accessibility principles and best practices.

Stay updated on accessibility trends, tools, and regulations to ensure continuous improvement.

Advocate for accessibility within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- **Qualifications**:_

In-depth knowledge of WCAG guidelines (WCAG 2.1 and 3 ) and other accessibility standards.

Experience conducting accessibility audits using tools like Axe, Wave, or similar.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, php,JavaScript, and their impact on accessibility.

Familiarity with assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers, and voice recognition software.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Experience in educating and training others on accessibility best practices.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- **B.E/B.TECH, B.Sc,(Computer), M.Sc (Computer),BCA,MCA**_

Certification in web accessibility (e.g., IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies).

Experience with accessible design principles and UX/UI considerations.

Prior experience in a similar role within a digital agency or large organization.
