**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- As SAP Basis Specialist, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.
- You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. - Act as an SAP Basis Support administrator for ABAP and JAVA stack for critical customer issues
- Act as an SAP Basis Support administrator for ABAP and JAVA stack for critical customer issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to SAP Basis, JAVA and SQL/Oracle Database.
- Perform Root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive escalations calls with the customer.
- Perform Kernel, Support Packs and Enhancement Package Upgrades.
- Perform Installation of languages, support packages and add-ons (ABAP and JAVA).
- Perform SAP Service packs & Note Implementation.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS.
- Must have handled full end to end SAP Technical Upgrades Implementations Migrations projects in both ABAP and JAVA stack.
- Must have hands on experience in SAP Technical upgrades OS DB Migration.
- Must have good experience in Performance Tuning of SAP System both Application and Database.
- System Copy and System refresh of ABAP and JAVA systems.
- Should be able to support other SAP functional and technical teams to quickly identify and resolve all issues.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Proficient in system administration and health checks, job, spool and printer administration, Kernel and SP upgrades.
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.

Bachelor's Degree
