Auto Mechanic

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers when they arrive and take a detailed history of vehicle performance or component functional/breakdown failure,
- Diagnose vehicles based on observational and functional (Diagnostic tool kit) testing as well as information provided by the customer,
- Provide customers with detailed estimates for repairs and replacements and obtain signature approval prior to commencing work,
- Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
- Repair vehicles based on the diagnosed issues and repair estimate,
- Test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist
- Describe vehicle’s condition to customer and answer any follow-up questions
- File appropriate documentation on each repair
- Timely updating to customers about change in price revision, parts availability, invoice values and car pick-up times.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business by ensuring vehicle delivery as on promised time.
- Conduct Post Service Follow up for Customer Service Satisfaction Survey, and Coordinate for resolution of any dissatisfaction

Eligibility:

- ITI or Diploma or Engineering Degree required
- 6 month of Automobile repair experience
- Valid Driving License (4 Wheeler)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of tools and equipment required to conduct all repairs
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools required (Optional)

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
