Key Responsibilities:
? Analyse the current customer claims process across geographies
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of PEGA-based claims
solutions
? Provide functional and technical guidance to team members and stakeholders
? Develop and maintain process documentation and process maps
? Lead training sessions and workshops for employees to ensure successful adoption of PEGA-based
solutions
? Monitor and analyse the claims process deeply and make recommendations for further improvement
Must Have:
? Strong understanding of customer claims processes and order to cash
? Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non
- technical stakeholders
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
