**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the fashion editorial team to conceptualize and execute creative and visually appealing fashion shoots.
- Assist in selecting and sourcing clothing, accessories, and props for various photo shoots and fashion projects.
- Participate in pre-production meetings to discuss styling concepts, mood boards, and creative direction.
- Prepare and organize outfits, ensuring they align with the desired look and feel for each project.
- Dress and style models during shoots, paying close attention to details such as fit, color coordination, and overall aesthetics.
- Provide input on hair and makeup choices to complement styling choices.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, designers, and industry developments to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of clothing, accessories, and styling tools.
- Collaborate with photographers, models, and other team members to ensure a seamless workflow and achieve the desired outcome.
- Contribute to post-production tasks, including reviewing and selecting final images, and providing input on retouching if needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in a fashion-related program or recent graduate with a degree in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- A strong passion for fashion, trends, and styling.
- Excellent sense of style, color, and aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of fashion history, designers, and brands.
- Proficient in using fashion-related software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, fashion sketching tools).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and creative environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
