Freelance Tour Guide

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients before and during the tour
- Organize and plan itineraries for group tours to Kashmir
- Make hotel and transportation reservations
- Ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, are in order
- Coordinate with local guides and service providers to ensure that tours run smoothly
- Manage the budget for the tour, including handling expenses and collecting payment from clients
- Manage the safety and security of the group during the tour
- Provide support and assistance to clients during the tour
- Maintain accurate records of all tour-related expenses and revenues

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tour management or related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of clients and service providers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple tours at once
- Knowledge of the travel industry and local customs and regulations
- Fluent in English and any additional language would be an asset
- Willingness to travel to Kashmir on a regular basis
