Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures designed to ensure full
compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Conduct due diligence on agents and third parties consistent with the various
Anticorruptionregulations including the FCPA.
- Assist in creating sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
- Develop, distribute and/or deliver effective training and communications in support of the
Compliance Program.
- Monitor the conduct of employees through the use of periodic audits, reviews and /or
evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- BU, HR, Finance to identify, mitigate and
resolve compliance and legal matters.
- Assist in review of agreements, monitoring of statutory compliances, litigations etc.
- Assist in compliance and ethics related investigations, inspections and audits. Follow up on
compliance and ethics related investigations to ensure recommendations have been
appropriately and timely implemented.
- Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
- Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Essential Skills / Experience
- In-house compliance experience with a multi-national medical devices company or
related
industry
- Legal experience is necessary.
- 3+ years experience.
- Familiarity with the US FCPA and laws relating to Medical Devices would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and/or work experience in SEA markets is a plus.
- Strong sense of integrity, business transaction transparency and the ability to balance
business interests with the need to exercise independent judgement.
- Ability to provide practical, commercially focused and value-added advice.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to critically review and advise business programs and procedures in accordance
withcompliance requirements and corporate policies and standards.
- Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to deal with a broad range of people across all levels.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management in the business.
