**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for preparing complex state tax compliance for Pass-Through clients
- Prepare and review complex State tax workpapers and returns
- Work collaboratively with the RSM US and USI engagement teams to complete the specified tasks.
- Researching state tax legislation and assisting the team in developing matrices
- Performing detail preparation of estimated payments and withholding calculations and related filings
- Work as a team to enhance the workplace by aiding other team members with technical and technological issues and providing valuable input on a timely basis.

**Key Skills and Experience Required**
- 1120S State Compliance experience
- Limited Liability Company State Compliance experience
- Tier
- Level experience for Operating partnership
- Limited Partnership State level experience Software’s to consider: CCH, Gosystem

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance) from an accredited college/university
- 3 Years to 6 years of experience in US State and Local taxes Partnership tax returns
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft office is essential
- Position requires strong analytical skills, ability to manage multi-task
- Proficiency in the use of tax software’s like GoSystem, CCH Access.
