The key areas of responsibility are as follows:

- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of the Branch
- Channel management across IFA’s, National Distributors and Banks
- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch
- Monitoring the servicing of clients with regard to their payments, redemptions, and specific queries

**Knowledge & Essential Skills**:

- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to ensure healthy shares in the region
- Relationship skills necessary to manage high-end distributors & investors.
- In-depth knowledge of the MF industry, products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)

**Academics**:

- Minimum Qualification: Full-time Graduation; MBA

**Remarks**:
